We all remember the days where we had to read books from school in order to pass our exams. Personally I hated reading and thought it was a waste of time. For me at that time, life wasn't very complicated: Went to school, played video games, played with my friends, watched TV and tadaaa it was bedtime again. When we get older, things unfortunately are becoming more complicated. One might do the same things as an adult, instead of "going to school", one now is "going to work". Difference is that you certainly reflect more of your actions now, than you did when you were young. A habit, which is accompanied with aging. Every life has it's ups-and-downs and almost everybody had to deal once or more with a broken heart, a dirty business trick or got into a conflict with a loved one.



There's nothing quite like Reading Books to help you become a better conversationalist. Seeing how words are used (and how sentences are structured) with your own eyes helps you commit the information to memory better than by listening to a teacher discuss the points in class.

The other point was that, when you read a book at the right time, the book would change us and our life. In the past summer, I just finished my third year in college. In my three years' life, I did nothing that a college student should do, such as taking part in the Student Union, doing some part-time jobs. Some people would think that my family was rich, but in fact it's not true. I am not sure if it is the book or the fact that you are spending quality time with them; Undivided time that they will remember for their entire life. Reading to children is one of the most bonding experiences you can have.

The paper book is totally self-contained and sustainable - once the trees that made it have been replaced. But it is easily ripped and creased by careless use. Spilled water bloats the paper and distorts it. Deadly fire destroys it in seconds. And Philistines dog-ear its wisdom-filled pages. Yet, if mollycoddled, the same book is read and reread for years, acquiring a special charm, becoming a friend, as cosy and comforting as a pet on your lap.

Don't force yourself to finish books. This is one thing that many people do and eventually they hate reading at all as they feel the need to finish what is started. If the author can't keep the story interesting, read from one that can.
